My lifelong enthusiasm for art and design traces back to my childhood. I loved cutting out paper dolls using my grandma’s Spiegel catalog and learning from her, many of my creative pursuits but, more importantly I learned from her how important it is to make time for creativity.

As I raised my six children, my own creative pursuits often took a back seat. However, I made it a priority to instill in them an appreciation for art, sharing the joy of creativity through simple crafts and more complex projects.

I have  found a perfect outlet for my artistic energy: an upholstery course that reignited my love for design. This journey has allowed me to combine my passion for patterns, textiles, and creativity in a way that feels deeply fulfilling.
